operational.
Alta Network Services announced the successful integration of the hardware
and
software necessary for the completion of its “NOC” now fully operational. Alta
selected
Zyrions “ Traverse” as the operating software platform . The integration and
installation
was performed at Alta‘s Help desk location in Evansville Indiana
One of Alta’s vertical markets is the “Channel Partner Industry”. The new
Traverse
platform allows a Channel Partners to offer a complete package to their
prospective
clients. Alta can now offer Channel Partners not only the installation services
(associated
with new circuits) but the continued (24/7) monitoring of these circuits and
related
hardware. “This has proven to be a very competitive advantage for Alta” says Tom
